Lia currently lives in Houston, Texas with her wife Chee and their cat, Quasimodo. She is one of Boa's two sisters. Lia works as a pharmacist managing an independent pharmacy and enjoys the day-to-day hustle. In her free time, Lia enjoys learning about personal finance, exploring new restaurants in town, hiking with her wife, and watching football.

Coming all the way from Perth, Australia, Jai brings charisma, energy, and charm. Jai and Joris first met in the lift line on opening day at Whistler Blackcomb over a decade ago; it was love at first sight and they have been inseparable ever since. From broken bones to broken hearts, Jai and Joris have supported each other through thick and thin, remaining each other's support. When he's not with friends, Jai fills his days with biking, snowboarding, kayaking and exploring the mountains. When Jai's in town, you can always find both of them touring the mountains courageously! Jai is the guy to always show up first and the last to close down the party.

Kim currently resides in Mason, Michigan near Lansing, the state capital of Michigan. In her spare time, you can find Kim thrift shopping, baking, interior designing and spending time with family and friends. Boa and Kim met at Central Michigan University in the early 2000’s… Fire Up Chips!!! They had so much in common that they became besties in no time! Boa and Kim bonded over fashion, dancing on the Pom Pom team, being members of the 12 CARATS, and of course, their super busy social life of going to all the bars. They even enjoyed a semester abroad together in London and have been trying to get back there together ever since. Kim has been married for 11 years to her husband, Tom. He is also a CMU grad so he's known Boa for a long time too! Kim and Tom have a 3 year old daughter, Goldie, and another daughter due in March!
Niels Janssen

Niels currently lives in Charlotte, North Carolina and much like his family, enjoys the outdoors. Niels is Joris' older brother and played a vital role in how Joris and Boa met. Niels is married to Janet, one of Boa's best friends, and it was at their wedding that introductions were made. Niels and Janet are proud parents to a precocious 2 year old girl, Paige, and spend their time chasing her around while exploring Charlotte. When Niels is not working or spending time with his family, he goes snowboarding, biking, and enjoys good local brews.
Choua Vang

Choua is a food loving city girl. She currently resides in New York City, living her best life with friends while trying to keep her plants alive. On weekends you can find her at Orangetheory or Central Park enjoying a cup of coffee listening to the piano cello duet by the pond. Other hobbies include eating, working out/running, working on her company Cali & Dana, and ACE - a collaborative pop up, bringing AAPI creatives and entrepreneurs together. Boa and Choua found each other at an ACO meeting at Central Michigan University. They were both freshmen Hmong girls who were ready to get wild 🫡 and of course, focus on their education. After graduation, Boa moved to New York and Choua's job eventually relocated her there too - it was destiny they would be together again! The rest is pretty much history 🥰

Nhia aka "Money", is one of Boa's older brothers who lives in Germany and works as financial manager. While he enjoys his job with numbers, his dream is to win the lottery and retire, something he is working towards with a lot of ambition and enthusiasm. Money's great sense of humor, intellect, and care for others makes him a perfect addition to the groom's party. Money is married to Linda and together they have a funny, adventure-seeking son, Denver. As a family of 3, they hope to be back Stateside in the near future. When he's not working or spending time with the family, he loves to go fishing, travelling, writing in his journal and eating a lot of good food. Good food runs deep in the family.
