Transfers to and from the Airport
Whilst coach transfers will be the most economical option to get to and from the airport, once you arrive in Squamish you will require a taxi or car to be able to get around. Unfortunately, we do not have Uber or Lyft in our small town so please bear this in mind if you are planning on a coach transfer. If you plan to travel around British Columbia during your stay, this is the way to go. We highly recommend booking rental cars in advance. Sandman Hotel & Suites Squamish
We secured a room block of 10 rooms at this location from July 19 - 21. The Sandman Hotel is located within proximity of the venue, however it will still be a car ride away as walking might be just a bit too far. The following nightly rates apply: Standard King $209 (sleeps 4) Standard 2 Queen beds $219 (sleeps 4) Standard 2 Queen Beds with sofa bed $229 (sleeps 6) We have secured 4 Standard King rooms, 4 Standard 2 Queen rooms and 2 Standard 2 Queens Beds with sofa bed rooms. Guests can make their own reservations by contacting Central Reservations at 1-800-SANDMAN (726-3626) or by contacting the hotel directly (604 848 6000). Reservations need to be made prior to May 3rd, 2023. After that hotel rates will be subject to availability.

Executive Suites Hotel & Resort, Squamish
Another great option for your stay in Squamish. The Executive Suites Hotel & Resort is located by the old golf course with gorgeous mountain views and within proximity of several stores and restaurants, albeit slightly further from our wedding venue. We have secured an additional 10 rooms for our wedding, from July 19 - 21, at the following rates: Studio $279 (Sleeps 2) One Bedroom Suite $294 (Sleeps 4) Two Bedroom Suite $394 (Sleeps 6) Rates are per room, per night, based on single or double occupancy, subject to 16% tax. We will have 5 studio's, 4 one bedroom suites and 1 two bedroom suite available to book. Reservations need to be made prior to Monday, May 15th. After that hotel rates will be subject to availability.

A shuttle will be running from Sandman Hotel and Executive Hotel to Ceremony - Sandman pick up @ 2:45pm Executive Suites pick up @ 2:50pm At the end of the evening, shuttles will go from 10:30pm - 1:30am. Please plan accordingly.

We have a private SUV that Boa and Joris is taking at the end of the night. From 8pm - 1 am the driver will be available to bring anyone home earlier if you needed, whether you are just exhausted or have had a few too many drinks. Please note that there is limited space and the driver may or may not be available. **Please note: Your cars are ok parked there overnight. They can be picked up between 10am - 12pm the next day.
