When should I RSVP by?

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar that will start at 4 PM, close during dinner, and reopen afterward. Please be aware that there is a $500 charge if you are found with outside alcohol, which we will ask you to cover. Also, don’t forget to bring cash to tip the bartenders!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony venue is a short distance from the reception area. We'll have a golf cart available to shuttle guests to the ceremony site, or you can opt to follow the signs and take a leisurely walk. To ensure everyone is seated by 2:45, please plan to arrive early.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please refrain from wearing white, and note that the bridesmaid will be dressed in terracotta (burnt orange). Feel free to embrace the magic of Harry Potter by wearing the house colors if you'd like, to compliment our theme. However, it's entirely optional! Gryffindor: Red and Gold, Hufflepuff: Yellow and Black, Ravenclaw: Blue and Bronze, Slytherin: Green and Silver.

As much as we cherish your children's presence, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for their care during the reception. They are welcome to join us for the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available at the reception venue. You can either catch a ride to the ceremony using the golf cart or enjoy a leisurely stroll there.
