Welcome Party

Elevated Cocktail Attire

We kindly request that guests dress in cocktail attire that complements our rustic mountain setting. The venue has been reserved for a private evening. A cash bar and light bites will be provided.

Wedding

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Black-Tie Optional: Men are encouraged to wear a tuxedo or a dark formal suit and tie. Women should wear a long evening gown in dark formal colors.

Shuttle service to and from the venue will be provided from the Hampton Inn, beginning at 3:30 PM. Shuttles will run every 30 minutes, as the venue is approximately 15 minutes from the hotel and holds 40 people at a time. The last shuttle to arrive in time for the ceremony will be at 4:30 pm then will continue throughout the evening. We ask that you and your party please plan accordingly amd arrive no later than 4:45. As a reminder, kids are not invited to the wedding activities.

Fairwell Celebration

5:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual

For those who stayed in town and would love one final farewell celebration. The newlyweds will be having celebratory drinks with everyone at Dogwood. Come and go as you please.
