Semi-Formal

Order of Events 5:00pm - 6:00pm Cocktail Hour During this time the newlyweds will be greeting guests and getting photos with them as they arrive. Appetizers will be served in the Living Room, where you can sign the Guest Book and view the Wedding Day Video Montage. 6:00pm - 6:30pm Introductions The parents of the bride and groom, along with their wedding party will be introduced to all guests. The newlyweds will then make their grand entrance. 6:30pm Buffet Style Dinner Service When your table number is called, please come up to the Sweetheart Table for a picture with the bride and groom prior to getting your meal. Speeches will begin once all guests have been served their dinner. Please note that the bar will close briefly during dinner service, and reopen once all guests have been served. 8:30pm First Dances The groom will dance with his mother, the bride will dance with her father, and the bride and groom will showcase their choreographed dance number. 8:45pm Open Dancing Begins!
