Q. WHICH AIRPORT I SHOULD ARRIVE/DEPART?

The airport you are flying to is Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Q. HOW DO I CONFIRM GROUND TRANSPORTATION ?

Answer

1.- Book and Confirm: Only one guest per service needs to call to confirm the transportation service. -Contact Garza Blanca at 1-877-929-7329. -Select option 2 to be transferred to customer service. -Inform the customer service agent that you'd like to add transportation to your reservation, and they will transfer you to Garza Blanca's Pre-Arrival department. -Provide your flight information and confirm the transportation service. 2.- Verify Details: Ensure that all information is accurate on the confirmation email and be sure that you're scheduled for round trip services before arrival. One - Way Ground Transportation Pricing 1 - 4 passengers ($50 USD) - Shuttle Van 5 - 8 passengers ($75 USD) - Shuttle Van 9 - 12 passengers ($95 USD) - Shuttle Van 13 - 16 passengers ($120 USD) - Shuttle Van Up to 4 passengers ($120 USD) - Chevy Suburban Ground transportation must be confirmed in advance (prior to arrival). If you arrive without confirmed transportation, you will be responsible for taking a taxi from the airport to the resort (which is not recommended).

Q. HOW DO I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT?

Answer

After landing and passing through Immigrations → Baggage Claim → Customs, walk OUTSIDE and look for the AVENTOUR greeters, they will be wearing blue navy polo shirts and will be waiting for you in the transportation area directly outside of the airport terminal building holding a sign with the hotel name, Garza Blanca. In this area, you will notice several agents waiting for guests, so please pay attention to the signs. Please make your way through the airport as quickly as possible after landing to avoid getting left behind. Any missed flights or last-minute changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed. MEETING POINTS: Terminal 4 International Arrivals For JetBlue, Southwest, Frontier, Sun Country, WestJet, and Air Transat. Go through Immigration Take your bags Go through Customs Do not stop Turn left for Transportation The Aventour representative will be on the right by the Welcome Bar. Terminal 3 International Arrivals For American Airlines, Spirit Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines, and US Airways. Go through Immigration Take your bags Go through Customs Do not stop The Aventour representative will be on the right by the Margaritaville Bar. Terminal 2 International Arrivals. Go through Immigration Take your bags Go through Customs Do not stop The Aventour representative will be after the exit of the building at the bottom of the ramp to your right. Q. HOW DO I GET FROM THE RESORT TO THE AIRPORT?

Please confirm your departure service one or two nights before your departure by calling Ext. 8000 directly from your room. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early at the outside pickup area for your transportation and be sure to have checked out of the hotel and obtained a check-out slip. You cannot leave the property without a check-out slip :) Give yourself enough time to check out and still be early for transportation pickup. For the drop off from the resort to the airport the driver will depart promptly 5 minutes after the scheduled time with or without passengers. Unfortunately, if you are late for your scheduled time you will need to arrange a taxi service at your own expense to transport you to the airport. Although we love your kids, this is an Adults-Only affair.

Q. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Answer

To guarantee the reservation, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required and the remaining balance is due at check in. Any Cancellation before 120 days from the wedding date will be subject to a forfeiture of the 30% deposit. Cancellation after or within 119 days from the wedding date, will be subject to full stay penalty.

Q. DOES EVERY GUEST NEED A PASSPORT?

Answer

YES! Each guest must have a valid passport to travel to Mexico. The passport must not expire during your stay in Mexico. NOTE: Processing time can take up to 4-months. So apply ASAP!
