The website will allow you to book rooms in the Inn, but we have 27 rooms blocked in the Lodge (no advantage to staying in one or the other just difference in room style). To book rooms in the Lodge, you either need to call 845.688.4141 or email msmith@emersonresort.com. Great option! We assume a large number of you will stay here (we booked 27 rooms). If you're interested in staying here, reach out to msmith@emersonresort.com who is managing the bookings. Rates range from $420-$500 per night (with the exception of some multi-room suites), but many of the rooms have multiple Queen beds if you're up to bunk with another couple and reduce spend.

The Roxbury Motel

We know it says "Motel", but this place is clean and hilariously themed. It's also the closest place to the wedding venue (big plus), but further away from the Friday night event. If you have kids (Lacey, Hannah, Arica, Rachel), definitely check out the Cinderella room.

This will be the central hub for everything other than the wedding! Our Friday night event will be hosted here and on Saturday before the wedding, we have full access to the property (with pool, tennis/pickle court, and lawn games, etc). Even if you aren't staying here, you are welcome to come enjoy the amenities! Room rates are $400-$600 per night (most expensive option). Booking Code: 07122025
