This is where we will have our hotel block and transportation provided. The rate is $309 per night. If you are looking for a hotel option, we highly recommend choosing this hotel because we will have transportation to and from events on Friday and Saturday arranged. Please book before August 17th.
House Or Rental
EVERYTHING IS BOOKED. We highly recommend the Courtyard Marriott or a nearby rental. Home and condominium rentals are available at Grandfather Golf & Country Club. Rentals will become available in March, 2026 and we will add a link to the Rental Guest Request form here when available. Please note that most accommodations have a three-night minimum. Travel Note
For those not staying within the GFCC community or at the Courtyard Marriott Banner Elk, we recommend scheduling transportation to and from events on both Friday and Saturday. High Country Black Car Service is a great option for transportation. They have a form on their website for inquiries.
