The dress code is black tie. Men should wear a tuxedo and women should wear long, floor-length formal dresses. The ceremony will be indoors and the reception will be outdoors in a paved courtyard.
While we love your little ones, the wedding and welcome party are strictly adults-only occasions. We appreciate your understanding!
To keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we kindly ask that only those formally named on the invitations attend. The names of invited guests will also appear when you RSVP on our website. Thank you!
Please arrive at 5pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 in the Campbell Rotunda, on the second floor of the museum. You are more than welcome to explore the art galleries on the second floor next to the rotunda during this time if you'd like!
Join us at Leon's Oyster Shed on Thursday, October 16th at 6pm for seated, family-style welcome dinner! Please note that the welcome party is in Leon's event space, the Oyster Shed, located directly behind the main restaurant and accessible via I street – the street to the left of Leon's if you're standing outside and facing the front of the main restaurant. The dress code is dressy casual - think sundresses or dressy pants for the girls, collared shirts and chinos or other nice pants for the guys.
Yes! Join us at Tommy Condon's to keep the party going, a short 5-minute walk from the venue.
We recommend walking or taking an Uber/Lyft if possible. If you prefer to drive, there are several parking garages within a block or two of the venue – the closest options are at 93 Queen Street or 90 Cumberland Street. Limited, metered street parking may be available as well.
Our venue is centrally located in downtown Charleston, and is a short walk or drive from most hotels. We recommend walking or taking an Uber/Lyft, as parking is limited.
