We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in.

Please RSVP by September 30, 2026, so we can plan accordingly. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll miss you—but hope to celebrate together soon!

Our ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will follow on-site. We recommend bringing a light jacket for the evening.

How far is the venue from downtown Fredericksburg?

The venue is located just outside downtown Fredericksburg, with most hotels and rentals about a 10–15 minute drive away.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, so we recommend planning ahead. Rideshare services can be limited in the area, so booking a car service or arranging a designated driver is encouraged.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, parking is available on-site! Space is limited, so we encourage families or groups coming together to arrive in one vehicle if they can. You can park anywhere along the paved roads, and we kindly ask that no one parks in the grass per owners request.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a fun night out with us!
