Question

How can I get to the venue?

Answer

We booked a complimentary shuttle bus that will run a pickup and drop off loop of the 3 main hotels (Hyatt, DoubleTree, and Courtyard). Please refer to the "Travel" tab for the bus schedule. Additionally, Ubers and Lyfts are readily available. We've found that Lyfts are usually cheaper, but definitely check both apps! If you prefer to drive a car, there is a parking lot at the venue.

Are there any Covid-19 precautions in place?

Answer

To ensure the health and safety of our friends and family, we will be requiring guests to be fully vaccinated (if eligible). We will continue to monitor public health guidelines and make changes to our guidance accordingly.

If their names are included on the invitation or the invitation says "and Family", we would love to see your kids there!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest", then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you. Text us if you have any questions about this.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking at the Wright House. There are two venues within the Wright House (Ballroom and Provencal) which have separate parking lots. Please make sure to park outside of the Provencal venue, as there may be another event at the Ballroom venue.

Are the ceremony and the reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! After the ceremony, guests will move to the cocktail hour location at the same venue while tables are set up for the reception.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have secured hotel room blocks for the hotels on the "Travel" tab. There are also plenty of Airbnb and Vrbo options as well.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Definitely - please make sure to make a note of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
