We both worked at the same company and started around the same time in 2018. We officially met via a mutual friend at our company's (February?) holiday party. After sending cute animal videos back and forth, we agreed to go on a date at none other than Buffalo Wild Wings. Several rounds of wings and beer later, we clicked, and the rest is history. P.S. After spending all of Covid lockdown together and adopting 3 pets, we decided to move to Arizona. Just before leaving Chicago, we planned a meet up with a few friends to say goodbye one last time. Unbeknownst to me, Blake planned a surprise engagement party and invited all of our close friends (even Faiq from out-of-state) to gather at Zach and Julia's apartment. When I walked up the stairs, everyone was there, and Blake got down on one knee and proposed. I accepted, and the engagement festivities began. The food there was catered from....Buffalo Wild Wings. We can't wait to celebrate with all of you and promise not to cater Buffalo Wild Wings. Beer and wine will be provided in the open bar though!
