Welcome Grill Out

6:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Casual mountain chic (jeans, boots/sneaks, button-up flannel, denim shirt, casual dress, etc)

Extremely casual grill out the night everyone arrives at the venue! Once you settle into your cabin, glamping dome, tipi, tent, or RV, come join us for an open-house style grill out.

Yoga (Optional)

8:00 am - 9:00 am

Athletic/casual attire + yoga mat (if possible!)

If you are local or able to do so, please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket! We will gather out on the lawn. Be ready for a 8am start if you're joining us!

Open Activities - Swim, hike, bike, fish

10:00 am - 2:30 pm

Athletic attire. Swimsuits. Whatever you want to wear for your outdoor activities!

Explore the campground during your free time on Saturday after breakfast and before the ceremony! We want you to take full advantage of AVR during your time here! Enjoy the beautiful mountains and have fun with loved ones. On-site options include: - Stand up paddle boarding or canoeing (paddle boards and canoes available to borrow at no cost) - Biking (mountain bikes available to borrow at no cost) - Fishing (fish in the local pond, 2 fish per person, no license needed on private pond, OR fish in the South Fork of the Colorado River. Fishing license required for Colorado River through state of Colorado website). Bring your own fishing gear. - Hiking (AVR is surrounded by thousands of acres of Indian Peaks Wilderness) ****** Important note: Give yourself plenty of time to shower, especially if you're in shared bathroom accommodation! :) ******

Lunch

11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Drop in for a casual grab and go lunch anytime in this window, based on what works best for your free time and activities at AVR. Lunch is a make-your-own-sandwich bar plus some fruit/veggies/snacks. Location will be communicated.

Ceremony & Reception

3:45 pm - 10:00 pm

Mountain Formal: Long gowns, midi-dresses, or formal cocktail dresses. Classic suits. Optional accessories with western flair: boots, cowboy hats, bolo ties, shawls, faux fur. Feel free to make it fun!! Footwear: block heels, wedges, or dressy boots for uneven terrain/grass.

Ceremony followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing! The majority of the event will be outdoors. Dinner will be in a non-heated tent. The temperature drops substantially at night in the mountains. Please dress accordingly!!

Late night party

10:00 pm

Once the county noise ordinance starts at 10pm, we'll move the party into the "Gold House," which is the large cabin on the property. Time to throw down 💃🏼

Check Out

11:00 am

Make sure you are packed up and ready to go by check out at 11am (unless you have booked additional nights at AVR).
