If you have any other questions other than what is listed here, please contact Amberly at 815-587-2773.
Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP prior to September 12, 2025 using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invited will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut off dates. If you cannot attend, you will be missed! Please mark your RSVP a "not attending" so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park and find your seat. There will be water and lemonade available for guests upon arrival, please enjoy the refreshments while you wait for the ceremony to begin!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course! We ask that all guests please drink responsibly and do not drive if you plan on drinking. Please make arrangement for a safe ride home. We can't wait to celebrate accordingly!

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Our venue has free parking along the entrance driveway and in front of the reception barn. There will be parking attendants directing guests to a spot. Cars may be left at the venue overnight, but must be picked up by 11am on Saturday, October 4th.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses as well as formal jumpsuits. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie or dress pants and a formal shirt. Please do not wear white or jeans. Please note! Guests will have to take a short walk along a brick path to and from the ceremony and reception location. Please be mindful of the shoes you decide to wear. There will be heal covers available at the entrance of the brick path. There is a golf cart available to guests who may need assistance getting from one location to the other.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have transportation to and from the designated hotels and the venue and encourage you to utilize it! Please see the travel tab for more information.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), while the reception will take place indoors. Guests will have access to indoor and outdoor spaces for the duration of evening following the ceremony.
