Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Friday September 6, 2024. Once final numbers are turned into the venue, additional RSVPs cannot be accepted.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have registered for honeymoon contributions and a few gifts on this wedding website under the Registry tab.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guest seating will be from 7:00pm to 7:30pm. So please plan to arrive on time as the ceremony will start promptly at 7:30pm, at which time the doors will be locked.

Are kids and plus ones welcome?

Answer

This will be an adults (18+) only affair so we will not be able to accommodate children who are not part of the wedding party. We will also only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your plus one has been invited, then and you will be able to RSVP for them on this website. If a plus one was not included on your invitation, you will not have that option because we will not be able to accommodate them. Thanks for your understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding attire is formal (long dresses and suits or tuxedos) and the theme is Harlem Nights as inspired by the movie. So we need you to come suited and booted! Attire inspired by the movie Harlem Nights could include fringe, feathers, pearls, art deco patterns & jewelry, cocktail hats, long gloves, diamond brooches, and of course gold lame and fur. So please have fun with the theme!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, hotel blocks have been reserved with discounted rates. The details are located under the Travel tab of this wedding website. For your convenience, we have selected hotels that are near the airport and the couple’s home.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately there can be no special requests for food allergies.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of free parking both to the left of and behind the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels or the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation provided to and from the hotels or the ceremony. Rental cars are highly recommended for out of town guests to get around the city.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The wedding party needs to attend the rehearsal on Thursday October 10th at 3 pm. and the rehearsal dinner on Saturday Oct 12 at 5pm. Out of town guests are invited for a visit at the couples home on Monday Oct 14 before heading home. Details are located under the Schedule tab of this wedding website.
