Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We strongly ask for an unplugged ceremony. We have hired a fabulous photographer, and we do not want phones in our pictures. We promise to share the photos with you once we receive them. Please respect our wishes and enjoy being fully present with us during this special moment.

What time should we arrive?
Answer
Our Ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 PM. We recommend you arrive by 3:00 PM and get settled before the proceedings. Give yourself extra time to check in at the gatehouse upon entering the campground, park, and walk to the ceremony site. There will be a short walk from the parking area to the ceremony location.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Unfortunately, there will not be transportation provided to and from the wedding, so please plan accordingly. We want everyone to have a great time and celebrate safely, so please be smart and responsible with drinking. Our bartenders also reserve the right to decline service when necessary.

We wish we could invite everyone we know and love, but we’re keeping our guest list limited. Please refer to your invitation to see who is included — Thank you for understanding!

We wish we could include everyone’s little ones, but we’ve chosen to invite only a few children close to our family. Thank you so much for understanding — we truly appreciate it!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses. We would advise attendees to avoid wearing any white or burnt orange as those will be worn by bride and the bridal party! Choose your shoes accordingly, the ground may be uneven! While the tent will be kept warm, it may be chilly during the ceremony, so we recommend bringing a sweater or wrap. Thank you!

What is the Meal choice?

We’re having a taco bar! 2 protein options, chicken or beef barbacoa, and Fajita veggies as a vegetarian choice. Please let us know if you have any food allergies — we’re already working closely with our vendor to make sure everything is safe and delicious for everyone! Tacos come with your choice of protein, queso fresco cheese, chopped white onions, lime crema on a flour or corn tortilla, topped with cilantro & a lime wedge. Guests may request to omit toppings when ordering.

Will there be a bar?

Yes! It’s an open bar, so your drinks are on us! While drinks are on us, we kindly ask that you bring cash to tip our amazing bartenders, who will be working hard to keep the party going.
