The Wedding of James + Sami

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses. We would advise attendees to avoid wearing any white or burnt orange as those will be worn by bride and the bridal party! Choose your shoes accordingly, the ground may be uneven! While the tent will be kept warm, it may be chilly during the ceremony, so we recommend bringing a sweater or wrap.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Please plan to arrive by 3:00 PM. Give yourself extra time to check in at the gatehouse upon entering the campground, park, and walk to the ceremony site. There will be a short walk from the parking area to the ceremony location. We are hoping for an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. After the ceremony, we’ll move into the tent to enjoy some hors d’oeuvres while the wedding party takes photos. Mingle, grab a drink, and enjoy some delicious snacks while you wait for the reception to begin! Please enjoy our open bar throughout the night. While drinks are on us, we kindly ask that you bring cash to tip our amazing bartenders who will be working hard to keep the party going.
