We have decided not to participate in a registry. We request only the honor of your attendance.

Question

Is there a hotel block available?

Answer

Most hotels in New York do not assign blocks of rooms. There are numerous hotels available in both Manhattan and Brooklyn and we encourage everyone to select the best option for where they want to be and what they want to do beyond the wedding. Airbnb is an option is well. Williamsburg is the closest search for the wedding venue. North Williamsburg is nicer than South Williamsburg.

In which neighborhood should we stay?

Answer

This all depends on what you want to do outside of the wedding event. Williamsburg is the closest area to the wedding venue and there are many great restaurants and bars. Downtown Brooklyn is the second closest and is more commercial, though there are still fun things to do and it's near the Brooklyn Bridge. Anywhere in Manhattan is further from the venue, but is still an easy taxi/uber to the venue itself and you may be closer to attractions in which you're interested. Note: the west side of Manhattan will add 20-30 minutes to your trip to Brooklyn for the wedding. Since the wedding is a Friday afternoon, expect rush hour traffic. It could take as much as an hour from the west side.

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

Uber is the best option. It can pick you up from your hotel on your schedule and take you directly to the venue by entering the venue address in the app as your destination. Taxis are a valid option as well and can be hailed from the street. There are more taxis in Manhattan than Brooklyn. Tell the driver you're going to Brooklyn, dead end of Broadway into Kent Ave, on the water. This will take you right to the restaurant's entrance.
