To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask guests to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow ample time for parking and to catch a ride to the ceremony location for those who are unable to walk on gravel or a short distances.
Please note that transportation will end at 4:20 PM. Guests arriving after this time will miss the ceremony.
We invite you to come early, enjoy time with family and friends, and take in the natural beauty around us. We look forward to celebrating this special moment with you!

Since our ceremony and celebration will take place on family property with plenty of grass (and maybe a little gravel), we recommend block heels, wedges, or dressy flats for easier walking and dancing under the stars. Feel free to bring a light layer as the evening cools — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Reception
5:15 pm - 11:30 pm
The fun’s just getting started! After the “I do’s,” please stick around to enjoy cocktail hour near the house. After cocktail hour, please make your way to the tent, enjoy dinner, and dance the night away!
