Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place in the La Casa space at the La Quinta Resort. Address: 49-499 Eisenhower Drive, La Quinta, CA 92253 You may park or valet at the resort. There is parking around the backside of the resort, closer to the actual venue as well.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal. Please be advised that the desert can lend itself to cool evenings in November. Also note that there is diverse footing in the venue space, and please plan footwear accordingly.

The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors.

Yes, both the ceremony and reception are wheelchair accessible.

Please RSVP by mail by October 9th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 2:30 p.m. to receive a beverage and be seated for the ceremony to begin at 3:00 p.m. prompt.

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only event.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is limited parking near the venue space along the back of the resort. The valet is also free and there will be directional signs in order to locate the ceremony space.
