When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by September 4, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive at Race Brook Lodge by 4:30pm. The ceremony will take place at 5pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’re planning an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax, celebrate, and dance with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our nearest and dearest, and due to space limitations, we’re keeping the guest list intimate. We’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation—thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the East Rock Inn, a 20-minute drive from Race Brook Lodge. Please take a look at the "Travel" section of our website for more ideas - there are so many awesome bed and breakfasts/hotels/Airbnbs/VRBOs in the area!

Is there transportation to and from nearby hotels/Airbnbs to the ceremony?

Yes! We are figuring out the logistics and will update our website ASAP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! We will also be providing transportation to-and-from the wedding. Please check back soon for those details.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know when you RSVP—we’ll do our best to accommodate any dietary needs so everyone can enjoy the meal!
