There are Airbnb options available in Providence for both large and small groups (some include free parking). Ubers to the Hilton are easily available if you'd like to stay in an Airbnb and take the Hilton shuttle to the reception.

Flight

BOS or PVD

You can fly into either Boston Logan Airport (BOS) or Rhode Island T.F. Green (PVD). Flights into Boston are typically cheaper, and Boston public transit runs all the way to Providence via the commuter rail (take the Silver Line from the airport to South Station in Boston where you can hop on the Providence/Stoughton Line of the commuter rail to Providence)
