Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Tony Arias and Abby Howard
If you're looking for a nice neighborhood for your accommodations, the highlighted streets are a good place to start! Anywhere in our neck of the woods should have good restaurants and non-wedding things to do within walking distance.

TIFF Lightbox

350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5, Canada

The Toronto International Film Festival will be happening the same weekend as the wedding! If you happen to find the time around all the wedding goings-on, it might be worth seeing if you can get tickets when they go on sale on August 26th. Though look out, they go fast!

Royal Ontario Museum

Royal Ontario Museum

100 Queens Park, Toronto, ON M5S 2C6, Canada

A very good museum. They have an exceptional early life (pre-dinosaurs) section, which contains probably the best Cambrian display you'll ever see, as Canada is home to the Burgess Shale (the most extensive fossil record of Cambrian life. A very big deal!)

Allan Gardens Conservatory

Allan Gardens Conservatory

19 Horticultural Avenue, Toronto, ON M5A 2P2, Canada

A lovely botanical garden that isn't too far from the hotel block, for any interested plant enthusiasts. It's always nice to walk through a big building full of plants!

St. Lawrence Market

St. Lawrence Market

Toronto, ON M5E 1C3, Canada

I had a peameal bacon sandwich at the St Lawrence Market only once before becoming vegetarian, but it was pretty good from what I recall! And even if you want to try something else, the market is worth visiting if you get the chance, it's got a lot going on.

For all the days along the way
