3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
For anyone who is around Key West a day early, we will be meeting at the rum distillery for a tour (and a round of their famous piña coladas or Cuban mojitos if you fancy it). The Florida Keys has a storied history of rum running that dates back to the Prohibition era- this will be a great way to kick back, relax, and get into the sunny Keys spirit.
4:00 pm - 6:30 pm
The best way to see Key West, get to know your fellow party guests, and let out your competitive side (YES, there will be a winner, YES there will be prizes). We’ll split you into groups to solve some challenging puzzles and we promise you a good mix of history and hilarity. It will be a blast! This is a self ticketed event- please get your tickets here if you’d like to take part! Tickets are $25 for an adult, $15 for a child. https://www.ticketleap.events/tickets/southernmost-scavenger-hunt/brittany-and-nathan-s-key-west-scavenger-hunt Meeting point is at the Conch Republic Seafood company, check-in starts at 3:45pm. Hunt to be completed by foot, so choose your footwear accordingly
4:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Come aboard your private 65' sailing catamaran for the night for a sunset cruise welcome party! There will be a DJ, open bar and a chef's selection of hors d'oeuvres to be served. We'll be taking a special detour to try to spot some dolphins during our time on the water, so keep those cameras at the ready. Please arrive between 4:15-4:30 to sign off on all the paperwork and we'll set sail at 5pm. You won't want to miss this sunset from the water! Attire: While we hope for warm weather, temperatures can dip into the 60s in the evenings, so we recommend bringing an extra layer.
7:15 pm - 9:15 pm
Not ready to say goodnight just yet? We have reserved the fabulous Lagerheads Beach Bar around the corner from the marina to keep the good times going. This will be a great time to sink your toes into the sand, listen to some tunes, and get to know some of the guests (you may even get to hear some speeches...). There will be a full food menu to order from and a cash bar (the margaritas are rumoured to be especially excellent). https://lagerheadsbeachbar.com/menu/ As above, temps can get chilly in the evening, so please bring an extra layer.
4:30 pm - 5:15 pm

Let's keep the party going! What would a trip to Key West be without a big night out on Duval? We'll head here immediately after the wedding, where we have the upstairs area reserved for our party. Get those heels off, flip flops on, and let the good times roll.
12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Please join us for a casual, come as you are beach hangout to say a final farewell. We’ll plan to set up near the Cayo Hueso cafe at Fort Zach State Park (you’ll know it from our wedding ceremony!). The beach at this state park is beautiful with white sand, clear blue water and tree coverage. It's $6 per car to enter (cars can have up to 8 people). It has bathrooms, chair/umbrella rentals, and a concession stand for food/drinks. Hope we can all make it to recover by the beach!
