A short walk down the hill from the house and along a public footpath you will find leaf and ground cafe & garden centre. A good spot for breakfast and coffees plus a farm shop style deli. The walk back up to the house is uphill so be warned.

The Cotswold Way is a hiking route that runs right past the boundary of the house. You can go across the golf course to the beautiful Drakestone Viewpoint which overlooks the Severn Valley.

Take a wander down into Dursley centre and you can walk the Dursley heritage trail. Shops are also available should you need anything.
There is a gym nearby which is free to use for guests, plus spa facilities such as Steam Room, massage room and treatment room which can be pre-booked for a fee.
