We kindly ask that you find alternative plans for your little ones for the Saturday wedding festivities, but kids are more than welcome at the Friday open house!
We have reserved the venue's shuttle service that will take you anywhere within Red Lodge. They can only take a max of 7 people at a time which means there may be some wait time and coordinating needed. Keep in mind that it is a small town so there may not be Uber/Lyft options available that evening. Red Lodge Taxi: https://www.facebook.com/Redlodgetaxi/ redlodgetaxi.com (406) 425-3091
Yes, but your car will need to be moved before 10am on Sunday. There is a ceremony that day, so cars will be towed at owners expense if they are not moved before then.
The ceremony will be outside, but the reception will be inside - plans could change based on weather. Both events will be at the same venue so there will be no need to drive to a secondary location. The venues building does have A/C and heating.
Yes, the venue has plenty of free parking available. It is a gravel/dirt driveway and gravel parking lot.
There is no dress-code, but we ask that you wear something nice and something you will be comfortable in. Please check the weather prior to leaving to make sure you will be warm/cool enough. The venue building and the walk to the bar is on cement but the wedding ceremony will be on grass - keep that in mind with shoe choices. This is a fall evening wedding so it is usually recommended that women wear something longer and men wear button down shirts.
All plus ones should have been included in the RSVP, but if they aren't, please get approval from the bride/groom BEFORE bringing your plus one as they will need to coordinate with the caterer.
Please use the RSVP tool on the Zola website. Everyone's names on the invite will be listed with the option of choosing going or not going as their RSVP. If not working or unable to get it to work, please reach out to the bride and groom.
Yes and yes! We love sharing our special day, but please be mindful of our photographer and the flash on your camera.
Whatever you are comfortable in! The wedding ceremony will be in the yard - seated, so there will be some walking on grass. 'Heel Stoppers' are great for softer footing and are removable - for those wanting to wear heels. It isn't a long walk on grass, but if you wanted to tour the yard it might be. The reception area is all concrete, but the parking lot is gravel.
No, but if this is something that is needed, please reach out to the bride/groom to coordinate with their caterer.
