We kindly ask that you find alternative plans for your little ones for the Saturday wedding festivities, but kids are more than welcome at the Friday open house!
Please use the RSVP tool on the Zola website. It is located on the Home page or the RSVP page. Everyone's names on the invite will be listed with the option of choosing attending or not attending. If the website RSVP is not working or you are having trouble, please reach out to the bride and groom.
All plus ones should have been included in the RSVP, but if they aren't, please get approval from the bride or groom BEFORE bringing your plus one as they will need to coordinate with the caterer.
The ceremony will be outside, but the reception will be inside - plans could change based on weather. Both events will be at the same venue so there will be no need to drive to a secondary location. The venues building does have A/C and heating.
There is no dress-code, but we ask that you wear something nice and something you will be comfortable in. Please check the weather prior to leaving to make sure you will be warm enough/cool enough. Weather this time of year can vary. The venue's floor is concrete and the walk to the bar is a cement path, parking lot is gravel, and the wedding ceremony will be on grass - keep that in mind with shoe choices. 'Heel Stoppers' are great for softer footing and are removable - for those wanting to wear heels. It isn't a long walk on grass, but if you wanted to tour the yard it might be. This is a fall evening wedding so it is usually recommended that women wear something longer and men wear button down shirts.
Red Lodge is a small town, so there isn't any public transportation/Uber/Lyft options available. We recommend bringing or renting a vehicle, or carpooling. Red Lodge and the venue have plenty of parking available. We were told there is one guy who Uber/Lyft's, but there is no guarantee he will be available. Yes, the venue has plenty of free parking available.
We have reserved the venue's shuttle service that will take you anywhere within Red Lodge (5 mile radius of the venue). They can only take a max of 7 people at a time which means there may be some wait time and coordinating needed. Keep in mind that it is a small town so there may not be Uber/Lyft options available that evening. We were told it is only one guy that works and he isn't always available. Also, the police know when an event is going on and have been known to sit and wait for drivers - please don't risk it. You are able to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight, but it must be removed BEFORE 10:00am Sunday. There is another event happening, so they will tow at owner's expense.
Yes and yes! We love sharing our special day, but please be mindful of our photographer and the flash on your camera/phone.
Cocktail hour will have small bites - bison meatballs with huckleberry sauce and focaccia with smoked trout. Dinner will be plated with beef/trout, potatoes, salad, and a roll. Later in the evening we will have a small bites table along with pizza.
No, but if this is something that is needed, please reach out to the bride and groom to coordinate with their caterer.
