Question

What is the impact & expectation due to COVID and ever changing regulations?

6/29/21: PLEASE GO GET VACCINATED!! Our (private) event is on in full with 200+ guests! But we want to be transparent in what we are allowed to do, what we are requesting of guests, and what the environment will be. We kindly, STRONGLY REQUEST that every guest either 1) be vaccinated, or 2) obtain a negative COVID test within 2-3 days of our event. We believe a majority of guests will be vaccinated, but there will still be a fair amount of unvaccinated adults/kids. For those choosing not to be vaccinated, out of respect for our other guests of all ages, MUST get tested. We encourage anyone who wants to wear a mask for comfort to do so, but will not be required at any time. Event is primarily outdoors (ceremony, dinner, dancing), with food/drink serving taking place indoors. Please help us set ourselves up for success, especially if you want to attend :)

We have entered our entire tentative guest list into the Zola system. If you are part of a couple or family w/kids, please enter your name into the RSVP page and RSVP for any and all guests included there. If you do not see a +1 or inclusions for children, please understand our guest count is likely limited due to COVID and we do not have space for additional guests. Note - COVID updates at the time of our event may additionally impact our guest list count. Feel free to reach out directly to Liza or Bjorn with any specific questions on this.

What do I wear?

Answer

The venue has a small indoor facility but for the most part the ENTIRE event will be held OUTDOORS. Make sure your attire is going to be comfortable in 90+ heat, appropriate for wine tasting, have fun attire - up to you. That could mean anything from a short sleeve linen button up to full suit, nice country club shorts to chinos, sperrys to dress shoes, sun dresses to cocktail dresses, flats to heels. Shades and fun hats welcomed. Bridal party will be in dresses & suits/dress clothes, but we want everyone to be comfortable and have a good time.

Parking at the winery is somewhat limited, and we anticipate a large guest count. Please carpool to the extent possible.
