Bianca was working as an ice cream scooper when BJ came in to order a cup of cookie dough while on a date on his 17th birthday! It wasn't love at first sight or bite, but after a couple of more encounters by mutual friends (Bianca was dating BJ's friend!!) BJ had his mind set on her. His friend told BJ that he was taking Bianca on a date go-carting and BJ took that as an invitation to crash it and get his girl! On his way, BJ was so excited to get there, he got pulled over and sweet-talked his way out of a ticket and into Bianca's heart. Bianca (and her date) were shocked to see BJ join, but it did not stop him. During dinner, BJ's jokes and perfect timing had Bianca infatuated and it has been the same since that day!

Being Acorean is a big part of who I am (Bianca) and it has now become a major part of BJ's life. We both love the island, the energy it brings, and the love it has created for us and our families! We cannot wait to be surrounded by all those we love and love us on such a special day for us!
