Join us to kick off our wedding festivities at the Tonga Room! We will have an open bar, appetizers, and a live band. This venue is conventiently located on the Terrace Level within the Fairmont hotel.
1:15 pm - 1:30 pm
For those using our wedding shuttle service, they will begin boarding outside the front entrance of the Fairmont hotel at 1:15pm, depart promptly at 1:30pm, and then arrive at the chuch at approximately 1:45pm (roughly a 10 minute ride). Please note: Shuttles will NOT be looping, so make sure you don't miss their departure.
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 2pm. Please plan to arrive and be seated by 1:50pm at the latest. Guests arriving after that time will be admitted after the bride has made her entrance.
3:15 pm - 5:00 pm
Immediately following our wedding ceremony, guests who RSVP'd yes to transportaion will reboard shuttles and be treated to a tour of some of our favorite San Francico sites before returning to the Fairmont. Shuttles will depart roughly around 3:15pm after our grand exit and group photos at the church. Lite refreshments will be available. After the tour, shuttles will return to the Fairmont around 5:15pm providing guests with some time to freshen up, enjoy the historic hotel, and relax prior to the start of the cocktail hour at 6pm. Please Note: Shuttles will be locked and monitored during the church service. However, please don't leave any personal valuables on them (wallets, purses, cell phones, etc.).
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Join us for cocktails and mocktails at the Fairmont in the Pavillion Room and accompanying outside patio. To get to this space, head to the right hand side of the front lobby and walk down the long hallway passing some shops and the Cirque Bar on your right. From there, the Pavillion Room will be directly at the end of the long hallway in front of you!
