Travel Notes for the Wedding!
For our family and friends flying into CO.. Welcome to the Mile High City y’all! For our family and friends driving in.. Enjoy the ride and we’re so happy you’re here! We have two hotels we highly encourage our guests to stay at since we will have charter transportation to and from the venue- Hotel Polaris and My Place Hotel CO Springs (Room blocks + discount code information listed below Hotel Polaris) Denver International Airport is about an hour and a half away from Colorado Springs (where Hotel Polaris + My Place Hotel CO Springs will be) and 15 min away from our wedding venue at Spruce Mountain Ranch. We highly suggest taking an uber, lyft, shuttle or rental car to make your way over from the airport! If you decide to seek other accommodations for your stay instead of Hotel Polaris and My Place Hotel, please text Kate or Billy. *** Even if you are staying at a different hotel or airbnb, you can still ride the shuttles from Hotel Polaris/My Place Hotel, under the RSVP tab for our wedding you will be asked if you are planning on taking the shuttle**** Ubers/Lyfts in CO springs are very easy to order and get around with! However, service and ubers from Spruce Mountain Ranch at 11pm...not so much! We want all our guests to travel safely from hotels to the venue and back. We can’t wait!

Our wedding venue is at the Spruce Mountain Ranch, located at 14771 Spruce Mountain Rd, Larkspur, CO 80118. The venue is a 15-minute shuttle ride from the lodging, so we strongly recommend booking a room at one of the two options we have provided.
