NO kids at the Wedding please. We kindly ask you leave the little ones at home! We appreciate your understanding. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to text Kate or Billy.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate your needs and ensure everyone enjoys the celebration safely!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Charter bus transportation will be provided to and from the venue from the Hotel Polaris and My Place Hotel. We will have official timing for bus transportation once we get a better headcount with RSVPs. Even if you are not staying at either hotel- we highly encourage to hop on over to either hotel to transport over to the venue! Estimated bus pick up time is about 3:15pm
