The dinner will be buffet style. We will have a prime rib carving station as well as a pasta dish, seafood, and a poultry dish, as well as salad, rolls, and various appetizers. If you would like to make a selection of your food preference, that is fine, but you are welcome to change it, as the caterer is quite flexible. We are more concerned with dietary restrictions. Please leave us a note if you have any food sensitivities, allergies, or intolerances.
