Cocktail Attire
This is an outdoor venue. There is limited space for parking. For out of town & local guests we suggest taking the Holiday Inn Hotel shuttle or taking Lyft/Uber. The hotels are only 1.5 miles from the wedding venue. There is a police station inside the park. Please don't drink & drive.
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm in the gazebo over looking the lake and Science Museum in Denver's City Park. Directly after the ceremony, don't be so quick to exit the gazebo. We would like a group photo with all of our family & friends. We love you!
5:30 pm - 6:45 pm
The cocktail hour reception will follow directly after the ceremony. Please enjoy open bar, hor d'oeuvres provided by Colorado Pig Rig food truck, and Games in the Garden! The Colorado sun is bright and the reception is on the west side of the park, bring your sunglasses.
5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
Please toast to the bride & groom by visiting the videographer in the side room on the north side of the pavilion reception building (look for the sign). There you will be able to wish them well & provide sound advice to the newlyweds.
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
We have chosen to keep this event as chill and fun as possible, so please sit where ever, no assigned seating...just make new friends and celebrate as one big family. Because that's what all of you are to us. We will have three food trucks serving small plates so everyone will have the opportunity to enjoy all three. They are diverse in fare and will provide vegetarian & gluten free options. Please notify the truck of any allergies or adjustments you need, they will happily oblige. We are very excited to share our love of food trucks with you!
8:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Father and Bride dance, Mother and Groom dance, and Our First Dance. At this point you should have a some liquid courage to shake your booty on the dance floor. Get out there and dance! Cake pops & Mochi will be served for dessert. No cake cutting or cake...just dance, celebrate & have fun!
10:00 pm
Grab a glow stick or three, light'em up and send the newlyweds away with a grand exit.
