Check your name at the back of your invitation envelope. Example : Mr. Juan & Mrs. Julian Dela Cruz you can enter either Juan Dela Cruz or Julian Dela Cruz. Dela Cruz Family you have to enter Dela Cruz Family. Mr. & Mrs. Dela Cruz you have to enter Dela Cruz.

Please contact the number listed above if you wish to add or remove guest(s) since the reception is counted per head and there’s a table arrangement.
