Please RSVP by December 1st so we can plan all the wedding events with the right headcount and make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone. On your end, keep in mind that Hawaii is a popular spot, excursions and activities tend to book out early, so once you know you’re coming, we recommend locking in any vacation plans as soon as you can.
While we’d love to include everyone in our special events, space is limited and we can only accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If your invite includes a plus one, no worries, your guest is absolutely welcome! We just kindly ask that no additional guests join the planned wedding activities. That said, we hope this trip to Hawaii is more than just a wedding; use it as a chance to unwind, explore, and make memories with your family and friends. While the wedding events are limited to invited guests, the rest of the island is yours to enjoy together. Thanks so much for understanding, we truly can’t wait to celebrate with you!
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding events will be adult-only due to limited space and venue restrictions. These celebrations are just for the grown-ups and invited guests.
For your travel plans, we’d love for family and friends to come vacation before the wedding and wrap up their trip with our special day. We’ll be staying on the island of Oahu afterwards for our honeymoon, and we’d hate to have FOMO while you’re all still out adventuring! Ending the trip with the wedding feels like the perfect send-off.
There’s no official room block, but most of the wedding activities will be near Waikiki. There's no end of beautiful hotels, resorts, or houses to stay at, so find what is best for you. Be sure to check out our travel page for some discounted hotel options nearby!
For dress codes, take a peek at our schedule page since each event will have details listed there. If you don’t see anything specific, tropical attire is always a safe bet. And if you’re not sure, feel free to reach out, we’re happy to help!

For the wedding ceremony, parking is available on-site for up to 25 vehicles, so we recommend carpooling with the people you're staying with to make sure there’s enough space for everyone. Please note: this location doesn’t allow outside drop-offs (like Uber or Lyft), so rental cars are the way to go. For the luau, no worries, there’s plenty of parking, and outside drivers are totally fine. Come however you'd like!
