4:30 pm - 7:00 pm
We’ve booked a private catamaran with Three Tiki Sailing just for us and our guests. Three hours of sailing, swimming, and relaxing as we soak up the beautiful sunset in Hawaii! Kick back on the nets while enjoying the music, go for a swim in the ocean, and take in the stunning views while we cruise along the coast. Please meet us at the address listed by 4:00 pm to sign waivers, and then we’ll set sail from 4:30 to 7:30 pm. This event has a maximum number of guests allowed, so this is limited to our wedding guest list only. Please use the exact address provided—typing “Three Tiki Sailing” into Uber, Lyft, or maps will take you to their mailing address, not the dock. What to bring: Bring your own food and drinks (water, soda, and alcohol are all good), but no glass bottles, please. There’s a big cooler with ice on board to keep things cool. And don’t forget sunscreen, but heads up, no spray sunscreen allowed on the boat. Don't forget a towel!
11:00 am
Dress code is tropical and polished, but laid-back. Flowy dresses, soft prints, and light colors are perfect. For the guys, think linen shirts, light suits, or short-sleeve button-downs with khakis. Just wear something you feel great in and can celebrate in all day long. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will take place on grass so stilettos are not recommended for this event.
Nalo Gardens is a private venue, and access is only permitted during the wedding ceremony, so please do not arrive too early or try to visit outside of event hours. This location is not listed on Google or Apple Maps, so be sure to use this link for directions: https://goo.gl/maps/yQN12QQS2tM8ZxBw8 , and look for a large gate when you arrive. If you're driving from Waikiki, plan for at least an hour of travel time from your hotel. Please note that no outside transportation services (like Ubers, Lyfts, taxis, or hired drivers) are allowed on-site—only guest-driven rental cars will be permitted through the gate. Arrival time is 10:45 am, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00 am, followed by photos until about 12:00 pm. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
5:00 pm - 7:45 pm
For the luau, keep it island casual but a little festive. Think lightweight, breathable fabrics with tropical prints or bright colors. It’s an outdoor evening, so wear something comfortable that lets you move and enjoy the night.
Instead of a traditional wedding reception, we’ve chosen to celebrate with everyone at a Hawaiian luau! This evening includes a traditional luau ceremony, a fresh flower lei upon arrival, a complimentary mai tai, and table service featuring all-you-can-eat Hawaiian dishes. The venue has done a great job accommodating dietary restrictions, so there’ll be something for everyone to enjoy. We’re so excited to share this unforgettable island experience with all of you!
