Shuttle Info from hotels to venue

Answer

There will be a complimentary shuttle for our guests from the Hyatt and SpringHill Suites hotels. Please refer to the pickup times below. We suggest being downstairs in front of the hotel 5-10 minutes before the shuttle depart time. Hyatt: The shuttle will depart at 3:40pm for pickup #1 and again at 4:05pm for pickup #2. SpringHill Suites: The shuttle will depart at 3:50pm for pickup #1 and again at 4:15pm for pickup #2. A shuttle will be available to take guests back to the hotels at the end of the night. A shuttle will leave the venue every 30-minutes starting at 9:30pm with the last pickup at midnight.

When should I RSVP?

We kindly request that you RSVP by September 1st as we need final counts for our vendors at that time so we can prepare for the event. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

We would love for our guests to get dressed up with us! Please dress in cocktail attire for the occasion.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. We appreciate you understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will being promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park (if driving) and find a seat.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! If you are not taking a shuttle back to the hotels, please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking!

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. You are able to select your choice of meal when you RSVP.

Where can I park?

Answer

The Hyatt Place hotel offers valet parking in an on-site parking garage with unlimited in-and-out privileges. SpringHill Suites hotel offers on-site parking for $25 daily fee. There also offsite parking available at Block 19 Municipal Ramp (0.1 Miles from hotel). For those driving directly to the wedding venue (Le Venere located at 413 Wacouta St): there is parking nearby in the Lancer Lot (located at 262 E. 8th St) or at 8th & Wacouta (located at 242 8th St.).

Don't worry, you're not the only one. The groom's last name is Slovenian and can be pronounced as "SLUH-BOD-NIK"
