Getting There

Harwich Port, Cape Cod is about a 4.5 hour drive from NYC, but please do not underestimate weekend traffic, even in September, as it is often still beach weather. We recommend driving at off hours if possible (early morning or late at night). Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions!

Flight

Boston Logan Airport (BOS)

Logan airport is the largest airport near the Cape and likely the easiest and cheapest option for flights. Boston is about an hour and a half from Wychmere Beach Club. We recommend either taking a bus from Boston to Hyannis or reserving a rental car.

BARNSTABLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (HYA)

Barnstable Municipal Airport is located on the Cape in Hyannis and is about 25 minutes from Wychmere Beach Club. This airport is significantly smaller than Boston Logan however if booked ahead of time there are reasonable direct flights from NYC (JFK) as well as connecting flights through Boston.

T. F. GREEN (PVD) AIRPORT

The Providence airport is a smaller airport, but about the same distance to the venue as Boston Logan! It's another great option for guests who are traveling from a plane distance away.

Hotels & Resorts

Cape Cod is known for smaller, independently owned properties, and does not have many large chain hotels. There are also plenty of other reputable places to stay near our venue that we have not listed below! For your convenience, we've arranged room blocks at a few hotels and will provide shuttle transportation to and from the Three Seasons Resort and Inn on the Beach on the wedding day.

Three Seasons Resort ($$)

-8 minute drive to Wychmere Beach Club-  The Three Seasons Resort is a casual beach hotel. It shares property with Ocean House - Beach Bar where our welcome party will be held! This is the main accommodation we have booked for our guests.  Amenities include a private beach, outdoor pool, beach bar, and onsite restaurant.  Discounted rates start at $230/night with a two-night minimum. Please reference the Kossover- Gallagher Wedding and book online with the code: LAUREN. Please note rooms have been released to the public as of July 31st but you still can book online pending availability. Check-In starts at 3PM, so we strongly encourage Friday arrivals if possible, as transportation for our ceremony on Saturday will begin at 2:00PM. **Reserved parking, one car per hotel room. Additional parking is available at Dennis Municipal Parking, 76 Chase Ave, Dennis Port, MA 02639

Inn on the Beach ($$-$$$)

-3 minute drive to Wychmere Beach Club or 12 minute walk, it is an 8 minute drive to our welcome drinks location, Inn on the Beach is an adorable 18 room inn within walking distance to the beach, our wedding venue and Harwich Port's main street with shops and restaurants. At this time the block is most likely full pending any cancellations. If you wish to book this hotel please call and ask for the manager Stephanie and indicate you are part of the "Kossover and Gallagher Wedding." Rooms are available for booking now and range from $340-$550, we will also have transportation to and from this hotel.

WYCHMERE BEACH CLUB ($$$$)

-Located at the Wychmere Beach Club- Our wedding venue, Wychmere Beach Club, has a limited number of luxury guest rooms, suites, as well as a beach cottage. Overnight accommodations are offered exclusively to beach club members and wedding guests.  Amenities include a private beach, beach tiki bar, outdoor pools, tennis courts, and a spa.  To the extent they are still available, rooms range from $350-$1,000/night.  No room block available; regular booking is required but please feel free to mention the Kossover/Gallagher wedding.

WEQUASSETT RESORT & GOLF CLUB ($$$$)

-15 minute drive to Wychmere Beach Club-  Wequassett is a luxury Forbes 5-star resort overlooking the Atlantic and Pleasant Bay.  Amenities include five acclaimed restaurants, two beaches, private cabanas, two outdoor pools, and golf privileges at Cape Cod National Golf Club, one of the most prestigious in the nation.  Room rates start at $650/night. No room block No room block available; regular booking is required. Resort offers complimentary transportation to Wychmere Beach Club.

Additional Nearby Hotels To Consider

There are many other small inns/hotels in the surrounding area. Some recommendations are: Kingfisher Harwich Port ($$) - Just renovated and reopened, on the beach, walking distance to our venue. Winstead Inn/Winstead Beach Resort ($$$) - Beautiful quaint inn in the center of Harwich, walking distance to our venue. The Platinum Pebble Boutique Inn ($$$) - A quintessential Cape Cod inn with a touch of modern. Very close to our venue.

Travel Note

VACATION RENTALS

For a true Cape Cod experience, consider renting one of the many beautiful vacation homes on the Cape through the following rental sites.  This option is ideal for families, large groups, or anyone staying for an extended vacation, as most rentals require a multi-night stay.  If you'd like to stay near the wedding events, focus your search in Harwich Port, Dennis Port, West Harwich, Harwich, or South Chatham. We suggest securing a rental as soon as possible because many get booked a year out as September is still a popular time to be on the Cape. We will be providing transportation to and from the Three Seasons Resort, Inn on the Beach, and The Mooring. Pick up transportation to the wedding venue leaves at the following times: -Three Seasons Resort: 2:00pm -Inn on the Beach: 2:20pm -The Mooring: 2:30pm Return Transportation leaves Wychmere to the After Party at the following times: -10pm and 10:15pm (later shuttle will make rounds to hotels) Transportation will be provided back to the Three Seasons Resort from the After Party at 12:00am and 12:40am
