1. What is the date, start time, and venue address?

Answer

April 12, 2025. The ceremony begins promptly at 6 pm. The address to Alexander Homestead is 4717 Shamrock Dr, Charlotte NC 28215

2. What are the parking details?

Answer

Parking is available at our venue, however, over night parking is not available. We encourage out local guests to uber. Transportation for our out of town guests is available and listed under the Travel tab on this website.

3. What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is garden party formal. We ask that our guests wear a suit or sport coat, or a cocktail or long dress.

4. How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on the RSVP tab on this website. Please include any dietary restrictions with your RSVP.

5. What should I do if I would like to give a gift?

Answer

We are beyond appreciative of any gifts. We do believe your presence is a present! We have a few registry stores added to this website (Registry tab and then scroll down --Crate and Barrell, Amazon, etc) and are also hoping any monetary gifts could be added to our Honeymoon fund, also on our Registry tab near the top of the page.

6. What should I do if I would like to stay at a different hotel?

Answer

There are so many great hotels in uptown Charlotte and even more hotels outside of the city. Any out of town guests may choose their own accommodations and still go to the Omni to use the Shuttle for transportation to and from the wedding.

7. My children love weddings, can I bring them?

Answer

We also love children! But due to limited space and our large guest list we had to make the difficult decision to ask guests to not bring their children.
