The dress code for Welcome Drinks on Friday is semi-formal, while Saturday's dress code black tie optional. If Anna was attending Saturday's wedding events, she would wear a midi- or maxi- dress, and if Bill was attending he would wear a tux or suit and tie.
For those driving, free parking is available at Saint Michael's. At Cafe Brauer, guests can either pull into the main entrance and valet their car for free, or use a paid lot at 1730 N Stockton Dr, Chicago, IL 60614 (an 8 minute walk from Cafe Brauer).
As the ceremony is set to begin promptly at 3:00 PM, we kindly ask that you arrive at Saint Michael’s no later than 2:30 PM. Guests who arrive late will unfortunately have to wait outside until the procession is over. The ceremony will be 30 to 45 minutes long.
As we would like everyone to be present on our special day, we kindly ask that guests refrain from using their cellphones or tablets during the ceremony.
For those interested, Cafe Brauer will open at 4:00 PM for coffee and tea service only until the bar opens at 5:00 PM.
