Campus Martius Park
Campus Martius Park is right in the heart of Downtown Detroit! They always have something happening, from food trunks, to live music. To top it off, they have the best restaurants surrounding the whole campus area. Definitely our go-to place!
Detroit Institute of Arts
The Detroit Institute of Arts, located in Midtown Detroit, has one of the largest and most significant art collections in the United States. With over 100 galleries, it covers 658,000 square feet with a major renovation and expansion project completed in 2007 that added 58,000 square feet!
Greenfield Village
At Greenfield Village, step foot in the lab where Thomas Edison had his lightbulb moment or the workshop where the Wright brothers taught us to reach for the sky. Take a ride in a real Model T, or a walk through four working farms. This place is fun from all angles, and is only 5 minutes away from the venue!
Mootz Pizzeria + Bar
Since you'll be in the Detroit area, we HIGHLY recommend you stop at our all time favorite pizza parlor, Mootz Pizzeria. This pizza is unlike any pizza we've ever tried, we actually had one of our very first dates here. We suggest you try our very favorite, the spicy hawaiian pizza. You will not be disappointed!
