Shuttle schedule for the big day: 3:30PM - Family pick-up at Shaheen's Adirondack Inn 3:45PM - Family pick-up at Sunset Motel ** 3:55PM - Deliver family to Big Wolf Clubhouse 4:15PM - Pick-up guests at Shaheen's Adirondack Inn 4:25PM - Pick-up guests at Sunset Motel ** 4:40PM - Deliver guests to Big Wolf Clubhouse 9:00PM - 1st return shuttle leaves The Clubhouse 10:00PM - 2nd return shuttle leaves The Clubhouse 11:15PM - 3rd return shuttle leaves The Clubhouse 12:00AM - Final return shuttle leaves The Clubhouse ** Unless you are a guest at the motel, please park at Tupper Lake Municipal Park next to Sunset Motel and not in the motel parking lot

Parking at The Clubhouse

We highly encourage our guests to take the shuttle provided as there will be no parking at The Clubhouse. If you miss the shuttle or must drive for other reasons, please park your car in the large grassy field on the right-hand side of Big Wolf Road, an 1/8th of the mile up the road before The Clubhouse.

For the adventurous in the group, tent sites and RV sites will likely be available this time of year at Little Wolf Campground. It will be off-season, but you'll still want a reservation, so call ahead to assure a spot.

Flight information

We anticipate that a few folks will be flying into either Albany International (2-3/4 hours away from Tupper Lake) or Adirondack Regional Airport in Saranac Lake (45 minutes away; Cape Air, to and from Boston only). In addition, there are several smaller airport options as well, including Syracuse International (3 hours), Plattsburgh International (1-3/4 hours), and Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport.
