Kylie is Deanna's younger sister. As kids, they fought like any young siblings would. Whether it was fighting over clothes, or throwing objects at each other and bickering non-stop. But, no matter what, they always protected one another. Now, both in their 20s, they could not be any closer. They have been together through it all; growing up, navigating life, getting through college, starting their careers and Kylie has seen Deanna find her forever in her "bestie", James. Deanna cannot imagine having anyone else by her side while marrying the man of her dreams. Deanna cannot imagine her life without Kylie. Being a "big sister" has truly shaped her into the woman she is today.
Belinda Althouse
Matron of Honor
Deanna and Belinda have been friends since the start of middle school, 7th grade, when they met in one of their classes together. They have been connected ever since. They have been by each other's sides for the past eleven years as friends have come and gone, as boys have entered and exited, as life has had its ups and downs. Belinda has always been the constant friend in Deanna's life, and they have both made this friendship a priority in their lives. Now, they are both getting married, only a few months apart, and could not be more happy to be a part of each other's special days. Deanna cannot imagine her wedding day without Belinda standing right by her side.
Jessica Dawson

Jessica is Deanna's soon-to-be sister-in-law. When they met a little over 2 years ago, they instantly clicked when Deanna jumped at the opportunity to help plan Jessica's wedding and offer any opinions when asked of her. This is something they bonded over instantly, and have continued to bond over many things since. Deanna had the opportunity to be a bridesmaid in Jessica's wedding, and Deanna knew she absolutely wanted Jessica be involved in her and James' special day also. She has been a huge support system in not only Deanna and James' lives, but their relationship, and has truly become one of Deanna's closest friends. We cannot imagine going through this process and spending our special day without her by our side.
Britt Duscha

Britt and Deanna have been friends since the beginning of their college years. They met through an organization that they were both a part of. Through college, they were together through it all. Boyfriends that came and went, fun nights at the bars, organization events, and the simple movie nights when they had pizza and snacks. Deanna was always there for Britt, and they continue to be there for each other in their now "adult" lives. They continue to make an effort to stay involved in what is going on in each other's lives and continue to make an effort to spend time together, even when life gets hectic. Deanna could not imagine this day without Britt by her side.
Bree-Anne Kellenberger
Bridesmaid
Bree-Anne is Deanna's older cousin and they grew up together. Deanna, Kylie, Bree and her brother, Nathan, were inseparable as kids. From spending time at their house playing board games, playing Sims, going on a walk to find food, to spending time every weekend at the beach together. They all have fond memories of spending time up at Magnolia Lane around Christmas, baking cookies with their Nanny Cathy and spending time with their PopPop Bruce while he made candy. Now, Bree and Nathan are both married. Bree has two children, while Nathan has one on the way. Although all of us are busy with our own lives, the connection comes right back whenever they are together. Both Deanna and Kylie got to be a bridesmaid in Bree's wedding, and Deanna knew she could not spend the day without Bree standing up next to her.
Gabriella Valentine

Deanna met Gabby through James, as they attended college together and Gabby is dating one of James' college roommates/close friends. As Gabby knows, she was the girl that Deanna was the most nervous to meet because James spoke so highly of her. Quickly after meeting Gabby, Deanna realized that they were going to get along well with their "planner" personalities and nurturing attitudes. They are both people that like to plan ahead, make the reservations, but have fun! Since Gabby resides in New York, they do not get to hangout all that often, but when they do, they instantly click again like they saw each other just yesterday! James and Deanna consider themselves lucky to have a friend in their lives like Gabby, and are excited to have her as part of their wedding party!
Meagan Atkinson

Like Gabby, Meagan is someone that Deanna met through James and their college friend group. Meagan was someone that embraced Deanna instantly, and made Deanna feel welcome in a friend group that she was considered the "stranger". This is something that Deanna was so thankful for, and continues to appreciate about Meagan and her personality. Meagan is a fun, positive light, and just the sweetest human to spend time around. She is someone that is intentional in ensuring that her friends know that she is there for them, no matter what and she is someone everyone should be lucky to have in their lives. Deanna and James are so excited to have Meagan as part of their big day!
Kaylee Walls

Kaylee is another girl that Deanna had the opportunity of meeting through James and his college friend group, that has thankfully become Deanna's friend group also. Deanna could never stop saying nice things about Kaylee. She is such a bright, bubbly, positive person, and is just so much fun to be around. She makes an effort to keep up-to-date on what is going on in her friends' lives, and was SO excited when she found out that Deanna and James had gotten engaged. She always tells the story of when they came to visit for James' birthday, Deanna hopped in the shower and Kaylee made James show them Deanna's engagement ring. Ever since, Kaylee has been wonderful offering any help she can to Deanna. Deanna considers herself lucky to be a friend of Kaylee's and is so excited to have Kaylee as part of her bridal party!
Nova and Cora
Dogs of Honor
Nova and Cora are James and Deanna's dogs, their baby girls. Knowing Deanna and James is to know their love and adoration for Nova and Cora. They mean the absolute world to the both of them and their importance to their lives will be showcased on their special day through some special touches!
Spiro Vasilakopoulos
Best Man
James and Spiro met their freshman year at Loyola, while James was living on the second floor of Butler and Spiro was on the first floor. They met through a mutual friend and interacted in the halls. Their friendship quickly developed when James started going to parties that were being hosted in Spiro's room, they started grabbing food together and playing video games. After connecting with the rest of the Loyola guys' friend group, they all decided to live together starting their sophomore year. Spiro was a friend that James always knew he could trust and go to if he ever had something that he needed to talk about. Spiro is caring, a loyal friend and someone James can always rely on. When James knew he was planning on proposing to Deanna, he knew Spiro would be his best man, and he cannot wait for Spiro to stand by his side on wedding day!
Jeff Palmer
Officiant/Groomsman
If you know Jeff, you know him as Jeff Palmer or maybe even J Palm. Jeff and Deanna met back in college, at IUP, through an organization that they both were a part of. Similarly to fraternities and sororities, this organization matched members with their "littles" soon after joining, seeing as it was an academic fraternity. Through this process is how Jeff and Deanna truly clicked. Although Deanna did not turn out to be Jeff's "big", they continued their friendship, had lots of laughs, partied hard, and have remained close friends ever since. When James and Deanna got together, seeing as close as Deanna and Jeff were, it was easy for Jeff and James to click. Jeff has always been a wonderful friend to Deanna, and soon became one to James as well. It was important to both Deanna and James that Jeff be included in their special day, not only as a groomsman, but as their officiant. Deanna and James cannot wait to honor their close friend and have him marry them on their wedding day! They know that Jeff will be able to showcase their love and relationship well, but keep it fun and light! Both could not imagine the day without him!
Travis Dawson

Travis is James' brother-in-law. Travis and James' sister, Jessica, get married this upcoming September 2022. This November, James will have known Travis for a total of 11 years when Jess first introduced them. Throughout James' life, Travis has been a part of every milestone. Travis attended James' baseball games as a kid, high school graduation, college graduation, starting his career and now, getting married. Travis has always been like a brother to James, and they continue to have that relationship with one another. James and Travis quickly bonded over the Fast and Furious movies. They both liked the movies, went to see Fast and Furious 6 and they just continued the tradition of seeing each new Fast and Furious movie together going forward. Throughout the 11 years that James has known Travis and the 2 years that Deanna has known Travis, both him and Jessica have been some of their biggest supporters. James and Deanna are both so appreciative of them and the support they continue to lend during the wedding planning process. James cannot imagine his wedding day without Travis by his side!
Jakob Feist

Jake is James' oldest friend, meeting at the age of 6 as neighbors. Jake and James grew up together, bonding over similar hobbies in skateboarding, traveling to different cities to try out new skate parks, going on family vacations together, and attending the same schools up until finishing out their high school years. James went off to attend Loyola, while Jake went to Penn State. Even though they went to college apart, they would always make an effort to connect whenever they were back home for a weekend or school break. After graduation, Jake went on to move to Massachusetts where he still resides now. Even living states away, they still make an effort to chat whenever possible while working around their busy schedules. James could not imagine this day without having his oldest friend by his side!
Shawn Diggs
Groomsman
James and Shawn met at Blackrock Skate Park when James was just 13, and asked Shawn to film a trick for him. Three years later, they reconnected when James was looking for a job, and Shawn got him the position at Gap. They have been close friends ever since and still make an effort to go skating together whenever possible. Over the years, they have taken skate trips to Philly, Delaware, Maryland, and many places all around PA. When James and his family would take their yearly beach trip to Ocean City, NJ, Diggs started to join and they were able to create some great memories renting wave runners and going to Sea Isle City for the skate park. James and Diggs have been such close friends for so many years and cannot imagine his wedding day without him!
Neel Ghose

Neel and James met in a freshman group chat before they both started at Loyola, so they knew of each other once they started school. Their freshman year, they both lived in the same building and reconnected once they were on campus. They became best friends instantly. Neel and James bonded over video games (Call of Duty specifically) and sports. James knows that he can always rely on Neel and the laughter they share together has never stopped. Neel is caring, loyal, a comedian, and has such a big heart. James and Deanna look forward to having him present on their special day!
Colin Wildes
Groomsman
Colin was the latest addition to the Loyola friend group, but one of the best. James became close friends with Colin and his girlfriend, Gabby (one of Deanna's bridesmaids), during their sophomore year at one of the parties James and the guys threw in their apartment. James and Colin bonded over music, sports and especially, their hatred for Tom Brady. They have gone to a Post Malone concert together, and that is a memory with Colin that James will always remember. James always enjoyed watching Colin performing with the Loyola Greysounds acapella group. Both James and Colin are suckers for bottomless mimosas. After many memorable trips with Colin to Long Island, Dewey Beach and Philadelphia, James considers Colin to be one of his best friends who he can always rely on, even if he always boos at his jokes.
David Born
Groomsman
James and David met their freshman year at Loyola, through Spiro, since David and Spiro were roommates and had known each other from high school. David is another one of James' college friends, turned roommate starting their sophomore year. They bonded over their similar tastes in music, and even attended a few concerts together. Over the past 5 years, David has become a friend that James can trust to give an honest opinion, which James values about him and their friendship. Some of James' fondest memories with David include their road trips together to New York, Virginia and Delaware. James is honored to have David as part of his groomsmen party and is excited to have him by his side on wedding day!
John Macleay
Groomsman
Johnny and James met their freshman year at Loyola when Johnny lived right next to Spiro and David. They all hit it off right away, and have remained such close friends ever since. James and Johnny bonded over their love of music, longboarding, and seafood. Johnny was involved in an acapella group, the Loyola Chimes, and James loved attending their concerts in support of Johnny, he has one hell of a voice. Both James and Johnny love the water and have spent their summer days in Annapolis, MD continuing creating memories. Johnny has always been a close friend to James and someone he could always confide him. Johnny is such a fun guy, and Deanna and James are so excited to celebrate with him on their big day!
