Ubers From the Main Hotel to Venue

James and I have scheduled two Ubers for pick-up at the SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Elizabethtown Hershey at 5:20pm to get to the venue. Another two Ubers are scheduled to pick-up at 11:30pm to take guests back to the hotel. Reach out Deanna if you have any questions!

You can call the hotel directly and let the front desk know you are booking for the Bibbus/Friel wedding to get the discounted rate ($239+tax). You will need to provide a credit card at the time of booking, to guarantee the room. Rooms will be held until April 10th, 2024. After that, they are sent back to the public to have access. Guests have up until 24 hours before the day of their arrival to cancel their reservations made on the block, without penalty. Please reach out to Deanna if you have any questions!
