Getting Ready Together

1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Please bring your wedding attire and any items you’ll need for the ceremony, as we’ll be heading straight to the beach afterward.

Join us at the villa before the ceremony for light refreshments, coffee, fruit, and snacks. Feel free to relax, spend time together, and enjoy the afternoon as we prepare for the festivities ahead. The ladies will be getting ready in a separate room, so the dress will remain a surprise until the ceremony. ;)

Ceremony

6:00 pm - 6:30 pm

To ensure everyone arrives safely, please skip the GPS for this leg, as it tends to get a bit lost. Instead, follow these simple steps to find us: The Entrance: Head down Kaʻupulehu Drive (the main Four Seasons Resort entrance). What to Look For: Look for the "Hualalai" sign in white letters on a black lava rock wall. Security Checkpoint: Let security know you're here for the beach. They will hand you a pass for Kukio Beach. (If it says "Kikaua Point," just double-check with them to ensure it's the right spot). Where to Turn: Immediately after the checkpoint, take a left (don't go straight toward the resort). Parking & Amenities: Follow this road to the public beach lot. Parking is free, restrooms are located here, and the lot closes 30 minutes after sunset. Walking to the Beach: From the lot, just stroll across the small wooden bridge to find us by the water!

Dinner Reception

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Join us for dinner, toasts, cake, and an evening of celebration overlooking the Kona coast. We look forward to sharing our first evening as husband and wife with the people who matter most.
