Guest Arrivals & Welcome Party

10:30 am - 11:45 pm

Casual tuscan attire: sundresses, sandals, shorts, button downs are welcome!

11:00 AM on: Guests arrive at the villa; welcome drinks & antipasti served in the dining area (Aperol Spritz, prosecco, bruschetta, olives) + acoustic Italian music by the pool. Everyone can unpack and settle into their rooms! Optional light activity: jewelry making, Italian lesson, villa tour, wine tasting or a dip in the pool. Evening: Welcome Dinner al fresco under string lights (family-style pasta, fresh focaccia, Tuscan wines) and more. *Specific times to come*

Immersive Italian Culture & Rehearsal Dinner

9:00 am - 11:45 pm

Morning and group activity will be casual attire, sundresses, sandals, sneakers, shorts. Rehearsal Dinner will be formal cocktail attire. Please refer to the Pinterest board for inspo

Morning: Breakfast for the group prepared by the villa's chefs. Then, group truffle hunting! Join us to hunt for truffles with the local truffle hunter and his truffle hunting dog. This is not a strenuous activity, we will be on a beautiful walking path with wine in hand! Early Afternoon: Please join us for an Italian cooking class experience followed by a family style lunch. Then, enjoy some free time before getting ready for the rehearsal dinner in the evening. Reminder: The rehearsal dinner attire is cocktail formal. Free time activities include ping pong, badminton, pool time, and much more. Late Afternoon / Early Evening: We will be holding our ceremony walkthrough followed by a wine tasting to kick off our rehearsal dinner! Note: If we do not specify needing you at the ceremony walkthrough, please arrive at the time of the wine tasting! Rehearsal Dinner: Join us for an al fresco candlelight dining experience, heartfelt toasts, live music & more! *Specific times to follow

The Wedding Day

4:00 pm - 11:45 pm

The wedding ceremony and reception attire is Black-Tie Optional. Ladies, the villa's grounds are uneven due to the age of the villa. Heels with a platform and or chunky heel are suggested and encouraged. Men, please wear a tuxedo or dark colored suit & tie (black, dark grey, or navy). Please avoid wearing light colored suits and fabrics.

Morning: Enjoy breakfast, optional guided meditation or yoga, or free time at the villa. Take a walk or drive into the town of Montaione! Then head back and get glam for the wedding. 4:00p: Wedding ceremony! 4:30p: Aperitivo hour with food, signature cocktails & live music. Formal photos will be taken during this time. 6:19p: Sunset time / couple photos on the balcony terrace. 6:30p: Reception Dinner: Join us for a multi-course meal, dancing under the stars & late night gelato & desserts. We encourage floor length gowns in all different fall colors, textures, and patterns. Nothing is too much! Men, show out with a tuxedo or full suit and tie. We also suggest that ladies plan to pack a shawl or scarf for the evening as the temperature does drop down at night and weather permitting this will be an outdoor event.

Farewell Brunch

10:00 am - 2:00 pm

10:00a: A farewell brunch will be served! Enjoy a full breakfast, mimosas, frittatas, pastries, & espresso & lattes while we recap the wedding night! Afternoon: Departures with farewell gifts! *Guests don’t have to leave right away if they have late flights or want to hang around for a bit. We have the villa for the remainder of the day*
