Wedding Party

Yuno

Honor Attendant

Hi! I’m Yuno. I’m the life of the party—loud, cuddly, and full of love. Come say hi to me at the wedding! I promise I won’t bite. I love Bhavin so much that I’m even willing to share him with Shivani… but don’t get any ideas, he’s my human too!

Monica Dhiman

Bridesmaid

The Sheila to my Monique. We met just a month into med school, and honestly, I don’t even remember what life was like before her. From Barbados, to Miami, to NYC to LA... Oh If the walls could talk, they’d probably beg us to stop giving them so much material. We survived the meltdowns of Step (10, IYKYK), island life, questionable decisions, and even jumped out of a plane together because… why not? Through every high and every “how the hell is this my life” moment, she’s been my person. Shiv always says "YES" to any crazy idea I have and I couldn’t be more honored to stand by her side while she says "YES" to the person who continues to let her shine 🤍

Raveena Patel

Bridesmaid

Hi I’m Raveena, Shivani’s younger cousin! As I’ve grown older, my relationship with Shivani has transformed; she’s not just my role model and older sister anymore. She’s my best friend, travel buddy and everything in between. And in the process, I gained a brother that has treated me as his own. Excited for your new chapter and forever thankful that your parents left New Jersey and came to California!

Himaja Movva

Bridesmaid

Hi! Im Himaja and I met Shivani in college when we were just two girlies with a passion for fashion. Nowadays when I’m not busy being a full time medical student, I can binge a show faster than you can say prochlorperazine. Don’t be shy, come say hi and if you can’t find me, did you even check the dance floor?

Khushbu Bhavsar

Bridesmaid

I met Shiv at my 8th birthday party, and since then, our friendship has been filled with endless laughter, questionable dance moves, and unforgettable adventures in places like Bakersfield, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Phoenix, and many more to come. For years, I’ve been her go-to person for moral support on FaceTime while she bravely faced off with bugs. Now, I’m so happy to see her find someone like Bhavin, who fits perfectly into her life, makes her the happiest I’ve ever seen, and, of course, kills the bugs.

Prutha Mehta

Bridesmaid

I met Shiv in 4th grade, and we heavily disliked each other. But as fate would have it, in 7th grade our friendship sprouted as we found solace in each other at our lowest—7th grade PE class. This trauma bond persisted throughout high school and even college where we were even roommates!! We’ve survived our first boyfriends, first heartbreaks, and now get the honor to celebrate each other through marriage. I remember Shiv always describing her dream man to me, but it wasn’t until she told me about Bhavin very soon after they matched on Dil Mil that I knew she finally found him. In our journey that spans 2 decades, standing next to her on her wedding day feels like a dream!

Sonia Bhogal

Bridesmaid

Shiv and I became friends in LA after first meeting at an event in college, then reconnecting years later on Bumble BFF. We’ve shared countless girls trips, reality-TV recaps, and weekend brunches - including the brunch where she first told us about Bhavin <3 I’m honored to stand by her side for this new and exciting chapter of life.

Sanam Thaker

Bridesmaid

Hi I’m Sanam Thaker. I’m beyond excited to be a part of Shivani & Bhavin’s big day. When Shivani told us about Bhavin, I remember we told Shivani, to call him & talk to him. Next thing you know, she texted us saying “We talked for hours.” That’s when I knew, this was it, Shiv had found her forever. The moment I met Shivani a few years back, I knew this girl was going to be a forever core friend of mine. Truly a gem! She is loving, funny, & so caring. From our group trips around the world to continuously creating more memories, I cannot wait to stand by her side as she marries the love of her life, Bhavin.

Arati Jaiswal

Bridesmaid

I met Shiv back when I was in college, a San Diego girl and a Bakersfield girl crossing paths. We reconnected in LA years later while she was powering through med school rotations and I was at USC for grad school, and that’s when our friendship truly blossomed. Finding another Gujju “ABCD” who just gets it felt like winning the lottery. She’s been the big sister I never had, guiding, protective, and incredibly kind. Shiv has this magical way of making everyone around her feel seen, loved, and inspired. I’m so grateful to stand by her side and celebrate the beautiful love she deserves.

Amina Ali

Bridesmaid

I’m Amina, Shivani’s coresident turned friend! Me and Shivvy bonded over our shared dream of a life where we chose event planning as a career path instead of psychiatry. She’d run the events and I’d be in charge of florals. Together we would have created an empire. Now, Shivvy and I bond over our shared dream of staying friends forever. Her and Bhavin have fit so perfectly into the lives of me and my husband that I cannot imagine the rest of our lives without them. So maybe we didn’t create an event planning empire, but we did create chosen family. I am so happy to be able to stand by her side on this most beautiful day and I can’t wait to be part of the next big adventure of her life

Anum Hossain

Bridesmaid

Hii I’m Anum - Shivani’s college roomie/fellow partner in crime ☺️ I’m based in Houston, TX at the moment but an LA girl through and through. I love all things nature, food and yoga 🪴 I couldn’t be more excited to be by Shiv’s side as she marries the love of her life!

Harsh Shah

Groomsman

Met Bhavin freshman year at UIUC, and honestly, it was like instant brother vibes. We clicked so fast that he somehow became the third roommate in our two-bed dorm with Kumar and myself, still not sure how we made that work, but it was a blast. Bhavin’s the kind of guy who brings good energy everywhere he goes—chill, reliable, and always down for a laugh. Couldn’t have asked for a better friend to turn into a family

Chris Polson

Groomsman

I’m Chris! My wife, Amina, and I became friends with Shiv and Bhavin during Amina and Shivani’s residency with Northwell Health. Bhavin and I specifically bonded over our shared mediocre golf ability, elite movie and game night execution, and unique sense of humor. My wife and I have since collectively bestowed Shivani and Bhavin both with the status of honorary Connecticutians.

Abhineet Kumar

Groomsman

My official name is Abhineet, but most people call me Kumar. I met Bhavin on a cold winter night—probably a Tuesday—after a Halloween party. While the rest of us were freezing on the UIUC quad, Bhavin calmly started a fire to keep everyone warm, despite not being cold himself. That small moment said a lot about who he is: thoughtful, selfless, and quietly looking out for others, even back in his college days. Since then, we’ve shared countless laughs, late-night conversations, and ideas.

Sagar Kachhia

Groomsman

Maaru naam Sagar che. Bhavin ane hu ghana varsho thi ek-bijane janiye chiye. Ame nana hata tyare ame sathe basketball khelta hata, pan Bhavin Africa no hato etle mara karta vadhar uncho kudki marto hato. College ma Bhavin ek dam pagal chokro hato, pan have moto thai gayo che etle ghano vadhar shaant che. Bhavin pase hamesha ek saras dil che ane ena najikna loko nu dhyan rakhe che.

Atit Patel

Groomsman

My name is Atit and I’ve known Bhavin since college. I remember first meeting him at the dorms when I came down to visit. Our initial interaction was like we were already old friends catching up. He’s a very funny, easygoing and down-to-earth fellow. Over the years, we’ve shared plenty of great memories together, along with countless laughs - scary movie nights, baking cookies, and Nutella shake or boba runs. I’m very grateful to be one of his groomsmen, and I can’t wait to stand by his side and celebrate him as he marries the love of his life!

Anish Patel

Groomsman

My name is Anish, Bhavin’s future brother in-law. I always wanted a brother (sorry shiv), and someone that could fit into my family without needing to try. We met through the completely normal process of him showing up in our life and immediately acting like he’d been here the whole time and I’m proud to call him my future brother in law

Dhruv Chaudhari

Groomsman

Dhruv: Hi, I am Bhavin’s brother. We grew up together. I now live in California. Bhavin is getting married and I am looking forward to the wedding. It should be a nice event.

Hersh Chaudhari

Groomsman

Hi, I’m Bhavin’s youngest cousin. Believe it or not, his first words were “Hersh” and “look”. Growing up I’ve done just that. I’ve witnessed Bhavin go through all stages of life, each with him being a different character—crazy kid, absolutely unpredictable pre-teen, cool college guy, and now kind and loving fiancé. As him and Shivani get married, I will continue to do what he told me to do so many times as a baby—to look on as he takes on a new stage of life and becomes a married man. I’m incredibly excited for him and Shivani to start this new chapter together, and I couldn’t think of two better people to get married.

Sean Chaudhari

Groomsman

I’m Sean—Bhavin’s favorite cousin, though we practically grew up like brothers and have now become best friends. Bhavin has gone by many nicknames over the years—Bhavin Jalapeño, Dirty Raul, Suicide Rodney, Green Goblin, and of course, Diku—and he earned every single one during our very eventful childhood. From countless sleepovers filled with organized fighting, overly competitive Monopoly games, and getting into just enough trouble to earn the occasional hangar/belan beating, Bhavin was always the one keeping things interesting. I have more stories about him than I can count—so feel free to ask me at the wedding. But jokes aside, he’s one of the most caring and genuine people I know, and I couldn’t be happier that he’s found his perfect match in Shivani.

Neal Chaudhari

Groomsman

Hi, I’m Bhavin’s oldest cousin. We have had many memories together. Bhavin is getting married. I am happy for him and am looking forward to the wedding.
