Mexico City has Uber and you can take it from the airport and around town. Mexico City also has a large metro subway system. Depending on the time of day this can be your fastest way around town. La Ciudad de México cuenta con Uber, que puedes tomar desde el aeropuerto y para moverte por la ciudad. También tiene un extenso sistema de metro, que, dependiendo de la hora del día, puede ser la forma más rápida de desplazarte.

NO! Do not drink tap water. It is clean that you can brush your teeth but not for drinking. Buy bottles of water. Mexico City's typical bodegas are either OXXO or 7Eleven.

Like in any big city, mind your surroundings and stay alert, specifically in large public areas, like the Centro Histórico. Living there for many years we never encountered any problems.

We have posted two hotel recommendations that are very close to the wedding venue. We would also recommend looking at Airbnb. The neighborhood the venue is in is called San Angel. However, the neighborhoods of La Roma and La Condesa are quite popular with tourists. You can also look to stay in Polanco, Cuauhtémoc or Coyoacán.
