En el otoño de 2019, nos conocimos en el colegio donde trabajábamos en la Ciudad de México. Todo comenzó en la cafetería de la escuela, donde conversaciones casuales durante el almuerzo poco a poco se convirtieron en algo más. Una tarde, después de clases, tuvimos nuestra primera cita en un restaurante justo al otro lado de la calle. Hablamos durante horas, completamente inmersos en la conversación, y al final de la noche, quedó claro: fue amor a primera cita. Back in the fall of 2019, we met at the school we worked at in Mexico City. It all started in the school cafeteria, where casual conversations over lunch gradually turned into something more. One afternoon after school, we went on our first date at a restaurant just across the street. We talked for hours, completely lost in conversation, and by the time the evening ended, it was clear—this was love at first date.

Desde los viajes espontáneos hasta mudarnos a otros países, nuestro viaje juntos ha sido verdaderamente extraordinario. Hemos explorado nuevas ciudades, abrazado diferentes culturas e incluso enfrentado las incertidumbres de una pandemia global—siempre de la mano. A lo largo de todo esto, hemos aprendido que el hogar no es un lugar—es estar juntos. Con los años, hemos crecido lado a lado—apoyando los sueños del otro, celebrando las alegrías de la vida y encontrando fuerza en los momentos difíciles. Con cada paso, nuestro amor se ha profundizado, y ahora estamos emocionados de dar el paso más importante de todos—formar una familia. Queremos una ceremonia íntima con las personas que han sido parte de nuestras vidas—quienes han sido testigos de nuestras luchas, han celebrado nuestro crecimiento y siempre han creído en nosotros, tanto de manera individual como en nuestro amor.
