Question

What about the time zone?

Answer

This is Probably the most important question. If you are staying in the New Buffalo Michigan area, they run on Eastern Standard time. Northwest Indiana Runs are Central Standard time. All Wedding events will take place in Central Standard Time. Make sure you are planning accordingly and paying attention to this throughout the events.

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we love your little ones, but this event is 21 and up only in attendance. The only Children in attendance will be those in the bridal party who received special permission from the venue. Please make accommodations for your little ones prior to the event there will not be any childcare provided.

Social Media Free

Answer

Please refrain from taking photos of the bride and groom and posting on social media. We love you all and prefer to celebrate behind the scenes!!! We would like to be the first to make the announcement of our marriage.

What should I wear?

Answer

We are asking guests to wear suit and gown attire. The ceremony is set to take place at the forest on Williams Orchard Property. It is suggested that ladies wear flats due to soft ground. Ladies remember do not wear white of any sort this is the bride's special day to shine.

Will Transporation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

A shuttle will run from Four Winds Casino to Williams Orchard several times prior to the wedding ceremony and a few times later in the evening. This is the only guest transportation available. If you are not staying at Four Winds Casino, then you will need to drive yourself to Williams Orchard.

What are the Wedding Colors?

Answer

The Colors are as simple at the bride and grooms' favorite colors navy blue and blush light pink.

Will the ceremony be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony is planned for the forest at Williams Orchard (weather permitting). The location is shaded by the overhead tree canopy. If the weather is less than Ideal for an outdoor ceremony, it will take place inside the main barn at Williams Orchard.

What happens after the Ceremony?

Answer

After the Ceremony the couple will be with their bridal party taking photos. They invite you to a cocktail hour back at Williams Orchard for an indoor/outdoor experience.

Are there other wedding events we can attend?

Answer

Of Course! The night before the wedding the bride will be having a sleepover at the couple's home in Valparaiso the night prior the wedding. Bridesmaid and only women are welcome to taking part in these activities. The groom will be staying with his dad the night prior to the wedding. He will remain at the Casino the night before the wedding with hid groomsmen you are welcome to join. The morning prior to the wedding the Groomsmen can be found at John Zebell's house getting ready. The bride will be at the Bridal Suite at Williams Orchard. If you are interested in taking part in these activates, please reach out to the Bride and Groom Prior to the events.

Do you have a hotel block and are there other recommendations for places to stay?

Answer

The Bride and Groom have a hotel block at Four Winds Casino. However, there are several other hotels neat the venue guest can research at their own convinces. These links are provided on the travel tab but, we only have a hotel block at Four Winds Casino. If you require additional rooms, we suggest researching Airbnb's near New Buffalo and the Indiana/Michigan Lake shore.

Will I get to see the Couple during the reception?

Answer

Yes of course we want to see all of our guests. We plan to say hello to as many as we can. However, we ask that you remember it is our special day to which the couple wants to spend as much time together as possible. We ask that you find us out on the dancefloor and through the day to say Hi.

We are asking our guests to contribute to our Honeymoon fund in order of us to make the most of the special time!

Post Wedding Activities?

Answer

Please coordinate with your respected side of friends and family in order to schedule events for the weekend to follow. The bride and groom will be on their honeymoon and unable to attend any additional events after their wedding night.
